Shallot Dip

Serves: 4


  • 3 shallots
  • 0,25l of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • freshly crushed white pepper
  • salt


  1. Peel the shallots and chop them fine.
  2. Stir the sour cream with the lemon juice and add the shallots. Add some pepper and salt to taste.
  3. The shallot dip can be served with for example crackers or toast.
