- 3 shallots
- 0,25l of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- freshly crushed white pepper
- Peel the shallots and chop them fine.
- Stir the sour cream with the lemon juice and add the shallots. Add some pepper and salt to taste.
- The shallot dip can be served with for example crackers or toast.
