Cold Spaghettini With Caviar
Kind of pasta: Spaghettini — a thinner form of Spaghetti.
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 400 g spaghettini
- 4 tablespoons caviar
- 1 spring onion (finely chopped)
- 1 glass olive-oil
- Boil the pasta in salted water and strain it “al dente” (slightly underdone). Cool them under cold running water.
- Pour the pasta in a bowl. Add the oil, the chopped spring onion and mix well.
- Serve the pasta and garnish it with the caviar.
