Cold Spaghettini With Caviar

Kind of pasta: Spaghettini — a thinner form of Spaghetti.

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 400 g spaghettini
  • 4 tablespoons caviar
  • 1 spring onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 glass olive-oil
  • salt


  1. Boil the pasta in salted water and strain it “al dente” (slightly underdone). Cool them under cold running water.
  2. Pour the pasta in a bowl. Add the oil, the chopped spring onion and mix well.
  3. Serve the pasta and garnish it with the caviar.
