This tropical delight may be enjoyed by both adults and babies nine months and older!
- 2 or 3 ripe papayas, cut in half and seeded
- Cut papayas into thirds before cooking. Place papaya slices in a steamer basket set in a pot of boiling water.
- Cover the pot tightly and simmer for seven minutes or until tender.
- Cool papaya, then scrape the cooked papaya from its skin and puree in a food processor.
Serve on its own or on top of ice cream or with plain yogurt.
